WiFi issues. Slow speed or no connection

We've still got slow WiFi or drop outs since we've had our one extender disc sent.   We were promised multiple extenders and an engineers visit when we signed up.   We require an engineer to visit to ensure we hast fast speeds and good signal strength throughout the entire house.
