WiFi issue

Hi I am not getting WiFi in my upstairs office.No network at all .Need your support at earliest .Also as per the initial discussion my billing cut off date starts from 14th may please confirm if that's the same or anything changed

You are only talking g to other customers here as this is where we help each other.

 

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

 

You can view your bill via the MySky app that you can install on your mobile where you can view your first bill.
