Frozen screen

Tv comes on but the screen is frozen. I've tried all the tips that have been suggested but nothing seems to work. The tv is less than a year old and is the only tv I have

What makes you believe it's a broadband issue? Which Sky TV platform do you subscribe to: Sky+, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream?
