Are another other devices connecting your broadband hub OK and on the hub itself are all lights lit ?

I'm having the same issues. No problem with my TVs just our iPhones. We're having to turn the WiFi off on our iPhones to download pictures or emails. 

All the lights are lit on the router and the services check on the Sky app is showing there are no issues.

I have the same issue. Everything is working OK but ours phone can't connect to WiFi. There is o signal at all on the phone lol samsung and iPhone
