Since 23rd October my broadband has dropped 4 times. Everytime it has come back it is slower than before.
When I do a speed test the max I can get out of it for download speed is 4MBPS.
I can no longer play online on PS5 or download things. If I am watching something on TV on demand no one else can use the WiFi here as it will not load. We rely on this in the flat because mobile data/signal doesn't seem to work in this building so we have to connect our phones to WiFi call.
Looking at down detector map majority of the south east in and just outside of London have been effected recently.
Here are my broadband statistics. I am paying for a speed of about 35mbps minimum this is not good if all I can get is 4.
my download speed should be 33-36 Mb/s
