My broadband speed keeps dropping

We are struggling to watch my smart tv and use the iPad or o phone at the same time the speed of my broadband keeps dropping. I've tried to reboot it and turn it off but nothing helps. I had a engineer come out a few months ago but it is not any better.

@Jesica100 run the connection test in the My Sky app as that will check the speed to your hub if it is near or below the guaranteed speed for your line it should offer to book an engineer. Otherwise post you Sky hub's connection stats and forum members should be able to advise see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
