WiFi gone off.

Test on app says WiFi is fine. However everything gone off. Seems to be an ongoing issue with sky? 

TV says 0Mbps speed.

At 2.26 in the morning it could be maintenance that is taking place on your line, if it is still down later in the day then try running these tests:

 

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
