WiFi goes off every night around 9pm

My 2nd and 4th light on my sky hub go orange but the first and 3rd light are solid green, happened the past few nights, anyone any ideas?

@Bradfea Your hub is losing connection to the exchange. If you have a partial fibre service this can happen due yo electrical interference causing the signal being disrupted. Most likely it something close by in your home like a faulty microwave, fluoresent light or a heating control however it can be something outside your home.

 

However where ghe cause is outside the faults can be very difficult to trace and unless your neighbour's connections are affected as well Openreach are very unlikely to be willing to do anything. One sensible step if you have an older phone socket with only one socket ask Sky to change it to a modern filtered socket as that can help stop interference.

 

If you have a full fibre connection it cannot be interference.
