WiFi freezing during streaming every minute

Using the my sky app it shows between 475-600mbps, but on a daily basis I get constant freezing when using streaming apps.

Sometimes it'll play for only a few seconds and at best a few minutes. 
I've already deleted the WiFi connection and reconnected, restarted the tv and WiFi. 
the router is 2 meters away from the tv. 

is there something else I should try? Thanks
