WiFi dropping

For the past week or so my WiFi has constantly been dropping out, everything disconnects from the WiFi and the router starts flashing, we even got a booster sent out to increase the WiFi and it doesn't even work, it's been doing this every night for over a week, sort your WiFi out sky we pay enough for your services and it doesn't even work
