I'm having issues with my Sky WiFi at the moment. It keeps dropping out on both mobile phones but seems fine on other devices connected to it like our TV stick and smart TV. Any suggestions? Have tried the usual "turn it off and on again".
@Bronwyn123 If everything else is working fine then the issue is with your mobile devices only, what are they that may help and what sky hub are you using?
@Bronwyn123 Do they both work fine if you keep them near to were the sky hub is, try that first? Other suggestion is to have a look at the wireless securities on the Max hub with your app, if on WPA3-T drop it back to WPA2-PSK mode off operation!
