Re: WiFi dropping out
@Bronwyn123 If everything else is working fine then the issue is with your mobile devices only, what are they that may help and what sky hub are you using?

Re: WiFi dropping out
Motorola Edge 40 and iPhone 8 Plus, but have both worked fine previously. We have the Sky Max Hub

Re: WiFi dropping out
@Bronwyn123 Do they both work fine if you keep them near to were the sky hub is, try that first? Other suggestion is to have a look at the wireless securities on the Max hub with your app, if on WPA3-T drop it back to WPA2-PSK mode off operation!

Re: WiFi dropping out
Thank you for your help before, and my apologies for taking so long to reply.
This worked for a little while but unfortunately it still keeps dropping out. I have also noticed the internet works better when connected to the pod extender, rather than the actual hub, even when in closer range to the main hib. Any ideas?

Re: WiFi dropping out
@Bronwyn123 Going to be a bit off a pain but your choice to do and see, would disable your 5Ghz wireless wifi on the sky Max hub, BE VERY careful and NOT disable both, your speed will drop as only the 2.4Ghz band is in play but think that the Hub and Pod will both stay up connected and working!
It's all a process off elimination with your 2 devices having issues on a wifi6 connection! Not everything works out 100% and with having one Android / one ios device try to find the common factor, for ME i turn the mobile Data off on the mobile that forces the phone to stay connected to wifi unless it cannot do that, then weak wireless wifi signal!
