WiFi dropping out
Hey.
I am loosing my WiFi connection upstairs on a tv and an iPhone. Never an issue on the phone downstairs.
the router is only 3-4 meters from where I loose connection.
I can scan for WiFi and it's usually but not always there to be chosen or it may reappear after a few minutes.

Re: WiFi dropping out
It could be you have a poor signal in certain rooms as this is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
