Tablet won’t connect to sky

Just changed for toob internet to sky and now my Lenovo tablet won't connect to the sky router tablet was fine before changing to sky have reset my tablet and restarted sky but still won't connect I've connected Lenovo who went through all the relevant checks on the tablet I don't no what to do now please help me???

When it fails to connect, what is the error message ?

Hi it says re enter password but the password works for my phone and other items it's a fairly new tablet was working perfectly before we changed from toob

@Paulzx123 on occasions the memory location used to store passwords can get corrupted. Normal fix is to tell the tablet to forget the Sky connection then power down and reboot the device and add the password from scratch. If that diesnt work and you have a white Sky hub go into the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app and chsnge the WiFi security from WPA3-T to WPA2 the higher standard which can stop some older devics from connecting
