Hi
Im hoping I'm copy and pasting the right statistics. WiFi keeps dropping out. Nothing near it to intefer with it and we had no problems till 2 weeks ago and it keeps dropping out in my sons Alexa white noise and his Epliepsy camera monitor so need to get it sorted asap

We restarted about an hour before the results due to having no signal

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MLP79 If this happens again could you also include the system uptime you will see that at the top of the router stats, as this let's the forum know how long the router has been up and can compare it to the rest of the router stats.

It's dropping out on and off most days.

No. I had an electrical issue yesterday so had no internet so was turned on this morning

It wouldn't connect when I tried when it dropped out.
This is about 1 min afterwards. It also turned Alexa off that was playing white noise for my son upstairs . the system up time changed as I changed plugs earlier

Trying to get router stats with more than a few hours to see what is going on. As everytime the router is re-started all of the evidence is no longer there to find.
Is this you trying to discount the power source that being the socket the router is plugged into as the issue?

Sorry only just had chance to do it. Before these stats it dropped out but wouldn't connect to do a reading when it drops out
