WiFi dropping in and out

My WiFi has been dropping in and out for past few days but according to the sky app everything's fine ? 

Can anyone help please

Ours has been the same for last couple of days. Multiple resets and tests. And it's not connecting. Came back on briefly, long enough for me to check service status where it says everything is fine 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've had no WiFi here, Greater London, for over an hour yet the app telling me it's OK.
