My internet is not working, online checker (through 4g ) says it's fine, have reset with no difference, internet is flashing orange in the router. Don't understand why I'm led to a forum to report this rather than live chat?

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Same here iv been trying to contact Sky all day but can't get talking to anyone from Sky,it's a joke having to use my friends hot-spot,are you located in England or Ireland mate just I'm not sure if this is even Sky Ireland or what thanks

Mine is also doing the same thing, have done the checks using the app and it's telling me it's all fine. Nothing works, having to turn my WiFi off on my phone just so I can do anything, wasn't able to work from home and had to go into the office, Netflix, etc... doesn't work on my PlayStation. When I click on my WiFi logo on the phone it takes me through some troubleshooting, 'internet' lights goes green for a few minutes then stops again. I don't get why I can't speak to a human it is so annoying being redirected over and over again to this forum.

I guess all we can do is keep our fingers crossed that Sky do their job and get us all back online,after all what are we paying good money for when a customer can't even get talking to a Sky Agent and not a machine that keeps repeating the same things over and over,I'm raging I left Three honestly 😠
