We had an open reach engineer here you tested our WiFi and said it was all ok. But it is still dipping in and out of service. We do have work going on at home so we can understand why the Sky channels are being effected but not having WiFi is a major problem when we are working from home part of the week. Apparently we also have facility to do full fibre please can someone phone Iain Powell to discuss this
any other suggestions to resolve our issue will be appreciated.
WiFi is just lost intermittently.
