my Wi-Fi has gone down and I can't get it back on again

@Chelsea+8 runnthe service checker innthe My Sky app over a mobile connection, ignore the intial result from an earlier test instead click to run the broadband test which will,tell you if Sky are aware of  a fault affecting your line. If tgey aren't call them to report it.
