los light is red and we couldn't reach the staff.

@ivory111 a red LOS light means the ON`T is not receiving an optical signal which requires Openreach dnginerrs to fix. Unless yhe Service Checker in the My Sky app tells you Sky are aware of a fault sffecting your line call Sky tonreport it.
