WiFi down

Says I'm connected but having to use phone data as WiFi just doesn't do anything!

tv and Xbox basically useless as same problems there. 
tried resetting router but still no luck, and also restarted every device. Apparently when running a health check it stated its all good, clearly not!

Ive tried the self help link they send you and it's not worked sky only open at 8am

Mines off for the second time this week and all it's says is no known problems when obviously there is

@John_20a Sky are aware now aware of a known issue in my area! I've just phoned them again and got an automated message. If you haven't already try calling them 👍

I had no internet at 6.30 when tried to connect . Checker said ok on my phone. Took till 7.05 before got on net but low speeds.

Hi I'm in AB56 area. Tried to reset, switched everything off and on but still no internet since 6am.
