My WiFi has been working really slow during the last week. On the sky app said that there is a problem with the WiFi but I can't fix it.. I can't literally play any game. It's so frustrating

After this has finished and if it reports back click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is if no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
