WiFi does not work upstairs

We had new fibre broadband installed yesterday and with router in a new place. The signal does not reach all parts of the house. Think we need a booste

Same for me but we've had ours a bit longer. How do you purchase a booster??

Hi, 

I did the link you suggested and it just took me to the testing section. Everything does look fine because downstairs is okay it's just upstairs. How do I get to the part with regards to boosters? Thanks in advance
