Poor max hub

The max hub works very poorly, I have no signal on all the devices in the tub and every time I turn on a device I have to press Wps to connect again. I want the old device (the black one) back please.

@Razvan+Costel Posting on the Forum like you have then you are not talking to sky, just customers like your self, sky's policy is once you get/have sky Max, then no going back to the older hub!
