Had sky for 6 years. Previously had >100mbs download speed and an outdated router paying the earth for it! But no problems!!
So got an upgrade Sky Max Hub and <300mbs download speed package and now my WiFi cuts out constantly and does not reach the whole house.
I want to call sky but can't find a number.
Please can someone help, I have a disabled child at home who is homeschooled as can't attend school and he is beside himself that he cannot use the internet effectively!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JamesMichael you can call Sky on your Sky Talk line or Sky Mobileby dialling 150 and the call is free. Yout will find supprt numbers by following through the links under contact us thecforum software does not allow posting of phone numbers. If you search on line you will find numbers for Sky quite easily but only use numbers starting 03 to avid premium call charges
However I am escalating your post to the Sky Team who support the forum as we need to understand why some people are apparently finding a difference in WiFi performance when switching from the older black Sky hubs to the newer supposedly faster white Sky Max hub. When the team pick up the escalation they will message you and add a chat icon to thecforum pages. When you have a moment use that to start a private chat with one of their agents.
