No internet or landline all else green (fibre)

Well again my internet is out when needed but the online diagnostics are not picking up that the voice and internet are out

@LoneWolf4716 loss of connection after midnight is frequently caused by essential overnight maintenance work. If that is the case your servicecshould be back this morning. If it isnt report the fault to Sky by phone.
