Gigafast & Max Hub

I recently upgraded to Gigafast and I am FTTP.

When speaking to the advisor, he explained to me that I would not automatically get the Max Hub and that the only way I would get the hub is by also purchasing WiFi Max which was another £8.00 a month on top of the Gigafast subscription which I found poor to be honest.

having looked at several different posts on here in relation to this there is a lot of conflicting information. Some people saying you do get it and some saying you don't.

Having just looked at the Gigafast deal online I noted that the Gigafast package states it does come with the latest hub which, as pictures is the white Max Hub.

I have two Sky Glass and a Stream Puck so I'm a little confused as to why I am being told different things. In particular that I don't get it as part of Gigafast when the website states quite clearly that I should.

Please see the attached screenshots of the website information.

@VanceR Sky are sending out the white Sky Max hub to full fibre customers in the UK but if yourequire the matching extender pods then you need to buythe WiFi Max add-on. Not sure why the agent you spoke to said something different a cynic might think he was trying to get a sale of the add-on a more kindly person might think they wrre confused. You coulld complain if you are concerned and Sky can listen back to call.
