WiFi cutting out intermittently

My WiFi is intermittent and seems to go on and off numerous times a day

Mines the same, absolutely shocking. I can't even get it upstairs in my house anymore. 
We pay so much for it they need to sort it out.

Mines been doing this for approximately a week. Especially on my phone. Loses connection several times a day
