WiFi continually dropping out

For a while now our WiFi has been dropping out but over the last 2 days it's been shocking. I'm working from home and the bad connection is no good. We have tried lots of trouble shooting but all result in the same poor connection. Please can you help and fix asap?

I'm having the same issue despite the sky broadband test saying everything is fine
