Please see the other thread below as it was resolved by a router firmware rollback.
My symptoms are the same. I've added smart sockets from Manoku with no problem at all today, yet my Teckin plugs will not connect. I can confirm they worked perfectly with my previous ISP before I switched to Sky in the last couple of weeks.
How can I roll back my Sky router firmware please?
Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@greggery that fix only applied back in late 2023 as Sky corrected the issue in current firmware. Customers cannot control the formware version on Sky hubs.
Your smart plugs appear to be the type that have issues connecting to dualband WiFi SSIDs.
If you have the white Sky hub you need to use the My Sky app go into the settings for your Sky. Max hub choose advanced settings and Disable WiFi then turn ff tge 5GHz band . Then using the app connectvyour plugs. After doing that go back into theMy Sky app and renable tge 5GHz band and the plugs should stay conected.
If you have a black Sky hub use these instructions to split tge two bands see Split Sky WiFi bands

Hi Chrisee,
Thanks for your reply. I'd already turned off 5ghz band but they wouldn't connect (I'd fallen foul of this previously) Any thoughts on this please?
Many Thanks
