WiFi constantly dropping out and buffering

I previously had a sky account a few years ago and had this problem which is why I left...you've given me a booster but my WiFi signal is constantly dropping out and buffering. I had been with BT and had no issues but when the price changed I thought I would try Sky again...I wish I hadn't, right now I'm only using the radio and Ebay on my laptop but it's dropping out every 10 seconds...its always slow but especially bad today....when can I leave Sky?
