I'm genuinely sick of it now. My WiFi constantly disconnects. When I check on the app its fine but its not fine!! Streaming services, phones, and playstation go off! We already contacted you guys to inform you of this and you said "everything seems fine on our end". We have rebooted, system reboot, done everything suggested but it still continues to happen. I have two pictures, one a screenshot of your app saying everything looks good, and one of my firestick screen saying no Internet connection. Both exact same time! It's so unreliable and we are going to end up leaving Sky altogether unless this gets sorted!
