WiFi connection

The sky hub doesn't seem to be lighting up or have any signal

@Vicky251 About the hub lights as you do not say which you have!

@Vicky251 if your hub is not showing any lights and it is plugged into a working mains socket it is faulty and needs replacing. Sky hubs like most any router can be damaged by lightening storms if you have had one close by.this is quiteca common event.
