WiFi connection

Hi, my WiFi doesn't seem to work on my phone or any other device in my bedroom. I live in a show box and the sky box is underneath my bedroom so I'm a little confused why this is happening

Hi @Am38 

Its possible you are in a highly congested WiFi area so range is reduced. Have you tried running through the Sky WiFi help?
