WiFi connection

My wi-fi on my lg tv keeps disconnecting after about 30 minutes.ive noticed the IP address begins with 169.254. could this be the problem. Thanks

169.254.x.x is a consequence of not receiving a valid address from a DHCP server rather than the cause.
