My Sky Q box keeps dropping the WiFi connection with my Sky Router. It struggles to connect and I've done resets etc to wake it up. It connects briefly if I connect
manually as if the router were a 3rd party by keying in the password rather than using the WPS process, but it drops that connection too.
I run a BT WholeHome mesh WiFi from the same router. I can manually connect to that WiFi, but the Q Box is set (by one of your technicians) to ignore this signal so it also drops out eventually, although it is more successful than the Sky to Sky options.
I have 2 Sky Q mini boxes which will not function as repeaters if they are not connected directly to Sky.
The prompts are suggesting that I might need to install a Sky Q Booster.
how do I get on of these please?
