Broadband fault

My fibre broadband is down, engineer came yesterday and was unable to rectify the fault, they are due back this morning but still no one... Wife works from home, so really need it back up and running ... Very disappointed 😔

Unfortunately using a domestic broadband service for WFH doesn't convey any additional priority, and given it's not yet 09:00, perhaps hardly surprising.
