WiFi connection says it's good, but keeps dropping connection on any streaming app

The sky app says my WiFi connection is good on all devices, including sky Q box. But the box constantly drops connection when streaming through any app on the sky Q box. Yet the WiFi is working. If I run a speed test on my phone, it normally reconnects itself. I'm not sure if it's a WiFi router issue or a sky Q box issue. It's getting really frustrating and there is no phone number to contact anyone. At this point I'm thinking of cancelling completely as it's getting ridiculous!

I am having the same issue. The connection is dropping on my phone and other devices. I've reset my router and still having the same issue.

@Stassicorn Did you have another router before this one with Sky or did you get this upon joining Sky for broadband?

I also have a white router which I've had since joining sky. I spoke to sky who sent me a booster but it isn't making a difference unfortunately.
