Hi, yesterday I reconnected my sky box and everything worked for about an hour. After that I have had the internet connection chipping in and out of connectivity. Today it is completely not connected. Can someone help me please?

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

My broadband has been dropping in and out got up this morning it says connection failed I have just signed a new contract so if this sleeps happening I'm canceling and getting myninternet somewhere else it's a joke
