Wifi is slow and tv boxes (3) lose connection at least once a week

Wi-Fi is slow all the time but service checker says it's fine. Tv boxes (3) lose connection  at least once a week. It's driving me bonkers

In thst post please advise which Sky TV boxes you have (HD+, Q or Stream)
