WiFi connection keeps dropping

Hi I've recently joined sky broadband based on understanding you work well in my new area.

 

the wifi connection keeps dropping during my team meetings and I am working on the same room the wifi is connected. This is not ideal and I would like this sorted as soon as possible

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself  you would need to call sky about this issue

For starters have you ran the line test in the My Sky app?
