WiFi connected, but unable to receive or make phone calls
I've recently been upgraded to fibre 100.
since then I am unable to make or receive calls to and from my land line. This is essential as mobile signals in my area aren't very good.
it has been this way since the engineer visited 2 weeks ago from open reach.
can you help please?

@Sally1353 Take it you have connected the landline phone into the back off the hub, if so and not getting a dialtone, for outgoing or recieving any incoming calls then a call to sky for them to take a look at what is going on! You can also try the link below!

@Sally1353 It can normally take u to 24 hours for the phone service to go live after your broadband, if it's been a day or more then as per @JimM1 you would need to call Sky.
