WiFi but no Internet

I have WiFi ex the hub but no internet service this morning from approx 9am.

 

I've tested service and the report returns 'Everything is OK' however, resetting the box has the Internet light showing solid amber. I've reseated all of the cables with no improvement whatsoever.

 

What else can I try?
