I have just had Sky fibre broadband installed last Friday, and this evening while watching a film on Disney+ the film kept stopping. This happened approximately. 7-10 times with a poor wifi signal error. Very annoying.
i performed a check of broadband and wifi on the MySky app and it said all was good.
