WiFi/broadband issues

Our internet keeps dropping. All devices.  Green light goes off.  Go to fix it and it says there's a problem. Go through the steps and it says it's fixed. Go back to main page and all options are red again stating an issue with broadband WiFi.

I would ring  sky, it could be a problem  with  the hub or a fault  on the line
