WiFi box has a static amber light on the internet
The WiFi box has a static amber light on the internet light. I've tried resetting, holding the reset button for 10 seconds and tried unplugging. All of these still lead to the same amber light. I've been with Sky for a month and already having issues. This is terrible

@JoeField Have you run the Sky Service Checker to see if there's a service outage? That would be my next thing to check and then try doing another reset.

Re: WiFi box has a static amber light on the internet
@JoeField There is NO need to continually reset the hub, the amber light is indicating there is a broadband fault, it does not mean that it is automatically just you, could be other unknown reason's outside of the control of anyone...
The service checker is not the sharpest tool in the box, and it takes time for any fault condition to filter back.

Re: WiFi box has a static amber light on the internet
If the service checker shows that there are no faults in your area then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
