Internet down

No internet. Solid red light. Tried restarting multiple times. Not working

@Danbroady And if it is a fault that sky perhaps knows about then run the service checker to see if so.

Ours is also down. We tried the service checker and resetting the Hub multiple times. Still no internet. I tried signing into SkyID to check service in my area but my account also seems to be empty and it won't let me check anything.

@Cartmanrucksack Check to see if this link and quickly watch your home address as it appears. I wont see anything as do not have a sky hub attached to the system currently, using my own routers apart from my home address flash up quickly.

Are you in Norfolk? Mine also down but can't check the service area as I've 2 accounts with Sjy and it just gives my other address. No phone number anywhere for them, when did that happen?!

It doesn't let me check as when I sign in it says there is no address associated with my account. I have had sky for 8 months and have been paying the bills so I dont know whats the problem

@Cartmanrucksack Must be something messed up with your sky account logon ID then.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
