WiFi being down

There's been several times when wifi goes down but the app says it's not everything is ok on physical end so I'm not sure whats the problem, and it's annoying especially when I always pay the bill and everything

Having the exact same issue and have for months. WiFi is dead slow, says it isn't, I have no broadband and my phone is telling me connected without internet but when I do the checks it says all is fine. What am I paying for!?!?!

mine has just gone down at 00.16. Never usually goes down and is telling me no problems in local area.

My connection has died as well as of about 20 minutes ago, LOS light illuminated on fibre box

No Internet here in Staffordshire, Sky site says all ok and checks show ok but red light on router 😞

Mines just come back on- had the same issue as above the red light on the LOS on the wall box thing 🤣 hope yours have all come back on

Have had the same issue 3 times today that it just drops out

When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. You don't receive advance notification of this from Sky or Openreach.

 

Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.
