Noise after fibreoptic installation

  • There is horrendous sound in my house after fibreoptic installation. What can I do.

@KW221 what is causing the noise as both the ONT and the Sky hub should be entirely silent. Report the issuue to Sky. By definition fibre optical lines carry light so cannot cause noise.

@Toms2  As mentioned by @Chrisee  Fibre optic cables carry light and doesn't creat a sound, if the noise keeps you awake are you sure it's your broadband equipment?

 

What kind of noise is it?
