WiFi been dropping every day past week one day over 20 times

WiFi light goes off minutes later flashy orange ...then orange...eventually white. Total not fit for purpose as when trying to check on sky it comes back all ok ...well it will if it's connected whilst doing the test.totally useless and failing to provide services paid for !!!! Box issue is it ...or by open reach ..either way ITS STILL HAPPENING ...SG1 part of england

No point now..I've cancelled..going elsewhere ......service has been DIRE for years..gradually getting worse ......and worse ....and worse...oh..and I've halved my bill with the new lot .......
